We finally had a chance to meet face to face. We had been planning this for months and we were excited for it to finally happen. The sun was out and despite the crowds at Marietta Square, it was clear; perfect for an engagement shoot!
The lovely lady of the shoot arrived promptly with her gorgeous engagement ring glistening on her left hand. Once the Groom-to-Be arrived, we jumped in right away. Little did we know, the photographer waiting on us to complete our poses at the gazebo was eagerly waiting to capture a surprise engagement! The girl began to cry as soon as her boyfriend got on one knee. Well done sir, well done! There was so much engagement bliss in the air, Alex pretended to propose to me again!
We moved to the water fountain to let that couple have their special moment and was able to capture this hilarious picture! The couple met while working at a local eatery, so jokes about the smell of fried chicken in the back of the restaurant stirred up love between them got that beautiful smile out of the Bride-to-Be.
This couple was so much fun to work with! They were playful and risk takers as it was their idea to hop onto the train tracks for a few romantic poses. The tracks had been quite the entire time until a train decided to roll its way into our shoot. No worries, we made it off of the track in time!
We’re so excited about what the future holds for these two. We’re so thankful they allowed us to capture such a special time in their lives!
